Robert Fulcher
1845–1916
Instrument maker. Chief mechanic in the Department of Mechanism and Applied Mechanics, University of Cambridge. Built instruments in partnership with Albert George Dew-Smith, 1878–80. Later resided in Chorlton-upon-Medlock, Lancashire.
