Victor Alexander (Victor) Brooke, 3d baronet
1843–91
Naturalist and sportsman. Studied at Harrow, 1857–60. Hunted big game in India and Africa. Presented papers on deer, buffalo, and other ruminants to the Zoological Society of London. Collected materials for a monograph on antelopes that remained unfinished. Sheriff of Fermanagh, 1867. Succeeded as third baronet in 1854.
