Welsh landowner. Educated at Christ Church, Oxford. Married Gertrude Jane Mary, née Godsal, 1848. Succeeded to estates at Rhagatt, Merionethshire, and Berth, Denbighshire, 1859. High sheriff of Denbigh, 1863.
